Charcoal or natural wood. Both work well — wood gives a more pronounced smoky flavour, charcoal gives cleaner heat and easier temperature control.
Is it hard to set up?
No. It arrives ready to use. Add your fuel, light it, hang or place your food, and let the barrel do the work.
How long does it take to cook a whole chicken?
Typically 60–90 minutes depending on size and heat level. The built-in thermometer takes the guesswork out of it.
Is it portable enough for camping?
