At Stainless Outdoor, we aim to get your order to you quickly and safely so you can get set up without delay.

We ship Australia-wide. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, standard delivery timeframes vary depending on your location, but most metro areas receive orders within 3–7 business days. Regional and remote areas may take slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where available. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

Large or bulky items may be delivered via freight carrier. In some cases, assistance may be required to unload heavy products upon delivery. If you have specific access requirements or delivery instructions, please contact us prior to dispatch.
